LUIS GONZALES |

Mr. Gonzales joined the Northtown Board of Directors in 2003. A resident of the Northtown neighborhood, he has long been active in community and civic activities. Mr. Gonzales has also served on the Cucamonga School Board for 18 years. He is committed to programs that support children and youth. Professionally, he serves as a Job Agent/Case Manager for the State Employment Development Department. |

JULIAN RINCON |

Mr. Rincon is a new member to the NHDC Board of Directors as of 2006. He has lived in the Rancho Cucamonga area for the last 30 years and has served on the Rancho Cucamonga School Board for 14 years. Mr. Rincon has coached AYSO soccer and has been a Boy Scout leader.
He has also worked for the Los Angeles County Marshal Department and retired from the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department in 2002. |

SANTOS FUERTEZ |

Mr. Fuertez has been active in community affairs in the Northtown neighborhood for more than 30 years. A local businessman, he was a mayoral appointee to the Rancho Cucamonga Citizen's Housing Task Force in 1989. Mr. Fuertez served as a member of the Northtown Neighborhood Steering Committee and became a Board Director and the corporation's first Chief Financial Officer when NHDC was incorporated in 1993. |

NACHO GRACIA |

A volunteer for more than 20 years in community and civic affairs, Mr. Gracia took the helm of NHDC in 1993 as the first Board President. After serving on the County's Citizens Participation Advisory Committee, he assisted in incorporation efforts for Rancho Cucamonga. He later represented Northtown on the City's General Plan Advisory Committee, lending a community voice on planning issues. Rancho Cucamonga's Mayor appointed Mr. Gracia a charter member of the City's Public Safety Commission. |
