Olen Jones Senior Apartment Community celebrated its grand opening in May 2004. Located in Rancho Cucamonga's Alta Loma neighborhood, the new residential complex hugs the foot of the spectacular San Bernardino mountains. Stepping outside the boundaries of the Northtown area, NHDC built the meticulously-designed, 96-unit rental development for very low income seniors. Nonprofit ownership assures the apartment units' permanent affordability while careful management includes a diverse array of social services that enrich the lives of the residents.
