Surplus food is available to all Rancho Cucamonga residents who meet income and residency require-ments of the San Bernardino County Food Bank. All persons receiving commodities must show identi-fication and proof of income. |

Open to elementary, middle, and high school students. Children may play pool, play station, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, movies, computer games and more. Tutoring is also available for students who need help with math, reading, or English. |

A prevention, intervention and diversion program to help at risk youth gain self-worth and coping skills. Goal of "Many roots" is for youth to become positive productive citizens in the community. |

The Cocinando, Amigos, Saludables y Alegres (C.A.S.A.) project aims to prevent diabetes and obesity by teaching, promoting, and supporting healthy eating habits for children, adults, and families. |

Department of Aging an Adult Services informational sessions by appointment only. Examples of these sessions are Medical help, In Home Services, Senior Information and Assistance, Senior Employment, Family Care Giver Support programs, Adult Protective Services. Notary Public $6.00 per signature for Northtown residents by appointment only. |

Bilingual beginning and advanced computer classes for children and adults.

Northtown children ages six to ten attend camp four weeks each summer. Children receive instruction, play games, make crafts, and are taken on field trips, which relate to the theme of the camp. |

High school and college students are given the opportunity to interact/tutor elementary and middle school students as part of their requirements for graduation |

Low-income Northtown residents receive turkey and all the trimmings for a Thanksgiving dinner. |

Northtown residents filing out job applications may bring them to the center for assistance with their paperwork, job searches on the Internet and mock interviews |

College scholarship for students who have demonstrated exceptional community service and leadership, and who desire to attend college. |

Healthy Families, Medical, and Social Security Application Assistance |

Potential students and/or their parents meet to discuss colleges, meeting admission requirements, applying for financial aid, deadlines, and follow up. |

Northtown residents can bring in applications to be filled out for these social service agencies. Follow up is done with each family and use of the Internet is also available if needed. |

Hotel vouchers are available to Northtown residents in need of emergency shelter during the year until funds budgeted for the program are exhausted. |

Referrals are available to residents for emer-gency food, shelter, landlord tenant disputes, immigration, low cost medical, dental services, legal aid etc. All services are available by appointment only and are free of charge. |

These are events that are held through the year at the Center: Spring Community Clean up, Fall Community Clean up, Car Washes, Holloween Costume Spectacular, Cinco de Mayo Celebration, Community Rummage Sale, National Night Out, Easter Egg Hunt and Celebration.
