Welcome to our single family homes NHDC also creates homeownership opportunities by building new houses for purchase and through acquiring and rehabilitating existing houses. Twelve homes built in 1996 made up the first phase of new construction. By 1998, the second phase saw the completion of 13 houses. The third phase created 11 homes by 2001. The fourth phase of eight new homes was completed in late 2004. In addition, NHDC purchased and rehabilitated 15 existing homes later to be sold through our lease purchase program.
