Welcome to Villa Del Norte

Families in Northtown are hardpressed to find well-built housing they can afford, either as renters or as homeowners. NHDC moved quickly to begin to remedy this crisis, and in its brief history has developed two award-winning affordable residential villages totaling 102 rental units. Villa del Norte, built in 1996, is an 88-unit townhouse community for families who cannot afford to pay the monthly market rents in the area. It is located at 9997 Feron Blvd.
